We're confident CROWNE will change your shower — and we back it. If you're not happy within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund. No interrogation, no hoops.
How to start a return
- Email us through our contact page with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Once your return is on its way, we issue your refund to the original payment method.
Items should be returned in usable condition where possible. Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no return needed.
